They never have what I need, and the staff don’t seem to know much about vaping. While I’m glad they don’t vape themselves, it’s frustrating having to explain basic things like what a coil is or what I’m looking for. The employees are always friendly, which I appreciate, but they really need more training on the products they’re selling. In a vape shop, product knowledge is essential.

It was a great experience for the team

I’ve been buying TwinEngine vapes from several different SmokeTokz and never had an issue (except that other stores weren’t receiving inventory) so I decided to buy from this store. They had a deal that was buy 3 get 1 free, and now I see why!! The first vape was great. The second stopped tasting like anything at 25% (which was fine) But the last two stopped working at 50% & 60% I’ve called a couple days in a row now, but the manager refuses to call back. And the employees say they can’t guarantee a product unless I bought it that same day, or the day after. So I guess it’s never worth buying your product in bulk when you can’t be sure it isn’t fake vapes. Very very disappointing
