This store has been amazing after a big disappointment at the 9725 (9700s) I think Phillips blvd by stake&shake, where they actually lied to my face even though I’ve been going out of my way since 2009 to be a cust there and know the rules and products especially Kratom better than the new emp actually.Well I decided to go to this store hoping it wasn’t the same Mgr or owner, and it wasn’t 🙏🏻🙏🏻 I’ve been vey pleased with the CS the emp provided, they were nothing short of amazing, especially (PIERRE)who I’ve seen most of the times I’ve been there and the mgr (I can’t remember her name) sorry! But was very nice also. I just want to 🙏🏻 Pierre for treating me so well, taking away the very bad impression I had from the other store with both the new emp cause she actually helped the mgr Ali lie to me. So Plz give this store here a chance if u haven’t been there, know u won’t be lied to besides the great CS experience they provide,I’ve been a cust for just a little over 10 yrs at the other store, I’ve spent over $150 there in one day, imagine 10 yrs! and all the emp’s who used to work there and left bcuz like in their own words have found a big boy, big girl jobs, and I’m pretty sure we’re under appreciated, well they were awesome and Rose is one of them but she works at all the stores, so u Might not see her very often, if u happen to go There and see her, she’s very cool. But not the new girl and the mgr who said and he said also that he was the owner, so she helped him lie to me just to not give me the points I deserved.Believe me not worth u wasting your time, Just go to this one, u won’t be disappointed. Especially with Pierre and the blond girl with long hair who I’ve been told Is the Mgr! They try their best to make the customer feel welcomed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for you!🏆 and let me Not forget about how knowledgeable he is about the products, I trust in his words 💯 thank you
