Consistently not open when they say they are. Been waiting outside for a while after 10am. Considering going to a different store here in Cleveland. Always been a snapdragon customer but I think when I’m near home I will just have to find another dispensary since this one doesn’t seem to have the ability to honor their hours.
Hate to hear this!! I'm looking into, today I just looked and the door wasn't opened until 10:07am. I was able to go back until October 13th on our ADT, and today was the only day that the door was opened after 9:50am. Sad it happened and we'll definitely address this. But I don't want you to feel this is an every day thing 😢😭
The staff are very knowledgeable and always offer top rate service. The quality is always very good. A big variety of products. And their prices are more than fair. Great place.
