Carl, the owner here. Your review contains multiple false claims that I will not let stand unchallenged. I was not present that day, but I have spoken with my staff and reviewed what happened. We did not “throw anyone off the property out of disrespect.” We have very limited private parking that must remain available for our customers and scheduled deliveries. That is the only reason any request to move would have been made. Our store is strictly 21+ and operates in full compliance with state and local laws. Claims about “selling to children” are false and defamatory. We proudly support American-made and local artists — which is the majority of our business — and that is exactly why many people in this community support us. False reviews do real harm to small businesses, and I won’t allow misinformation to define our reputation. Anyone with questions is welcome to speak with me directly.

Our system logs confirm that multiple return label emails were sent to the address associated with your order well before 6/18. That said, it's absolutely possible that those emails were missed or filtered due to an unsubscribe or other email settings, which we now understand may have played a part. We also want to note: the return label sent on 6/18 was a re-send — not the first time it was issued. We re-sent it proactively to make sure you had everything needed. Finally, while we respect your decision to involve your credit card company, it’s important to clarify that credit card companies typically do not reverse charges when items have been delivered and return instructions have been provided but not completed. We're simply following standard procedure to protect both you and the business. We're here to help bring this to a close. As soon as the items are returned, your refund will be issued — no delays, no hesitation.
