Love this place! Well actually, I love all the Sunnyside Dispensaries. Always knowledgeable staff who are very helpful and friendly, and they make great recommendations. Also, after visiting other dispensaries, I have found Sunnyside to be the cleanest and brightest. A fun place to make purchases. As opposed to many others which are kind of dingy and feel like sneaking into an illegal shop of some kind. Can’t recommend Sunnyside “highly” enough!😜

I’ve been a medical patient for around 11 years. Any OG patients can attest to the drastic changes we’ve seen, and Illinois has recently lost its way when it comes to caring for and prioritizing medical patients. Our allotments run out fast, yet the adult‑use allotment (with high taxes) resets on a daily basis. Illinois is now forcing vulnerable patients to pay those high taxes out of pure greed. The point of this is: yes, our state has officially stopped caring about vulnerable Illinoisians but the people behind the counter haven’t. There are many I’m probably forgetting to mention, and if you’re one of them, thank you. One specific individual, Nicole at Sunnyside BG (apologies if I’m spelling that wrong), was truly a breath of fresh air. She was a blessing to work with. I was over my allotment, and she worked her magic. It was the first time I’ve ever walked out of a dispensary happy after finding out I’d gone over. Not only did she take the time to compare what I originally wanted, she asked important questions, helped me find alternatives, and used the allotment I had left to maximize my medicine. She even apologized for the wait though someone who cares that much should never feel the need to apologize for taking the time to help. Thank you, Nicole, for all you do. And if you’re lucky enough to have Nicole behind the counter, you better be kind to her.

This is the shadiest dispensary I've ever been to. They round up a 40 dollar charge to 50 and then charge you all kinds of processing fees and they do not specify for what. So a 40 dollar purchase basically costs you 60. The whole experience was horrible, rude people, unsafe environment and not a knowledgeable bud tender in sight. I got a guy that thought he was funny. He wasn't he was obnoxious and smelled horrible, he was wasted and really dumb. Ruined my order and my experience. Never again.
