I just want to say how much I appreciate this dispensary and the amazing service they provide. Every time I walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and super chill. The staff is always so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient — they really take their time to make sure I get exactly what I’m looking for.

I heard your ads on TuneIn, so I placed my order (with the dispensary on City Ave., Philadelphia, PA) using the coupon code from the ad. However, the assistant manager, Janelle, said it should be a valid code because the order portal accepted it, but she was provided with zero information from corporate on how the coupon was to be handled. She was kind enough to give me $15 off my order (>$150). It seems that AT LEAST one person isn't doing their job; so corporate spends money on advertising but apparently isn't competent to fully implement the ad campaign, thus leaving customers and managers hanging in limbo. 5☆ for the dispensary service, 0☆ for corporate competence.

I came in not knowing what I wanted to get. I just knew what I needed the medicine for. Janelle O. (C?) sat down with me to find out exactly what I wanted from the medicine and which would be best for me for my concerns. She was incredibly patient and informative. She didn't even mind when I asked the same thing over again! She helped me immensely! Also, the other staff, as always, was helpful and friendly. This is my go-to place for medical cannabis. I went back again last week and Lex helped me. She was just as awesome as Janelle O. She took an incredible amount of time with me to sit down and again help me what I needed to help with my symptoms. Everything I said about Janelle O. Applies to Lex! A great store, especially if you need personalized help that takes a while.

I drove an hour in traffic to get to this Sunnyside. I come this far cause of the people that work there. I suck at names, but they are all awesome. Colin was a trooper today with my big order - and entertained me while we were waiting! It’s the only dispensary I’ll go to.

Horrible experience today, might not return!
