I'm extremely sorry you had such a bad experience. Please give us more info and details so we can investigate this issue and correct it. We have a strict policy against consumption at work and take these allegations very seriously. We treat our customers like family and we would love the opportunity to make this right for you. Also we keep really accurate records of customers in our store and I can't find any records of anyone with your last name having ever purchased anything from us. I also find it troubling to see you live in Texas and have never left a review for any other business in montana. We recently had to let go of a toxic employee who is originally from Texas. Your 1 star review and the other one star review we got recently happened the day and the day after we let go of the above mentioned employee. The other 1 star review came from this toxic employees mom and not a real customer. Being that your review and the other 1 I just mentioned both came from Texas within 2 days of having to terminate this toxic employee along with the fact that we have no record of you having ever been here makes me highly suspicious that this is not a real review of our business. Also in 9 years we've never received anything other then a 5 star review so it was shocking to get 2 one star reviews back to back but I'm positive the other one isn't a legitimate review and due to all the details mentioned above I'm having a hard time believing this is real also. Please help me understand what's going on here so I can fix it if there's a real problem.
