THC by Nothing But Hemp

Was so excited with all the options and flavors, orders hard candies, tinctures, large packs small packs... I've now ordered from Diet Smoke, Erth Wellness, and Batch, but these are the first I've gotten nothing from. Literally no effect. Every other brands I only need 5mg, 1 hr. But I've now doubled all to 10, still no results. Not looking for return, money back, etc. Just honest review from someone who leaves maybe 1 review a year. I'm just going to start trying 3 (15mg) at a time and see what happens since I have a lot more packs left.

I had high hopes for this. I tried it twice, didn't really get anything out of it so I emailed about a return/refund. Heard nothing, Waited a week, emailed AGAIN. Nothing. Now it's well past the 30-day return window, conveniently. Super disappointed in the product but especially the customer service. Stuff is not cheap, so this is just a frustrating shame.

Nice spot. Selection is limited. Only have edibles and drinks. They had a kava vape I was interested in. Lady working said it worked so I bought it. It was a waste of money. Later I researched it and I don't think kavalactones are absorbed through the lungs. It's only a good product if you want a vape that doesn't do anything. I had a couple of my friends try it and they all said I wasted my money 😂😭

Bad products most of their products are degrade quickly and they have shady customer service but they did refund my order but gave me horrible replacement even worse than what was what they regularly sell

A great woman-owned shop with products made with Minnesota grown cannabis. They have both THC and CBD products.

I’ve had the products before and I know they are good, but I’m rating this a 3 because of the delivery. They say they offer same day delivery, or even next day delivery if ordered after 3 pm. But I’m on day 2 with nothing after ordering and now I’m not expected to get my delivery until 5 days after ordering. I scheduled the same day delivery specifically because it was drying a time I was available, but now because of this 5 day delay, I don’t even know if I’m going to be able to receive my products. I messaged customer support as well and haven’t gotten anything back either. Good products, but this same day delivery is very much false advertising. And yes, I live within the delivery zone too.

Wonderful place to shop also it's very easy to get to on the bus 🚐 The staff is just tremendous and so knowledgeable it's my favorite store on Grand Avenue as a senior citizen, When I'm out shopping 🛍️ !!!

UPDATE: Spoke to Ashley, who was very understanding about the situation and made things right. She went above and beyond, so I feel much better that they actually care. She even sent me the lab reports to help me with peace of mind that the batch was indeed tested. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I ordered the Cannology tincture drops online. Made my girlfriend and I both feel very queasy and sick. Definitely ruined our whole evening and still felt a weird hangover-like feeling the next day. I had high hopes for this as I’ve tried many tinctures looking for a good drink mixer. None have made me actually feel BAD except this one. I also reached out to support about this issue as I didn’t want to post a negative review before giving them a chance to respond. But there’s been zero response. Not a good experience and expected better especially considering the price of this item.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Non-yt folks beware!!!! Walked in, and one of the employees greeted us and walked us through the products they have since we said we had not been in there before. Sure, I get that part. But after she left us to look around, we were definitely being followed by another employee. We decided to get a drink, which are in a smaller room, so as we are looking through them trying to choose one, the employee just stayed in there the entire time watching us. Felt like they thought we were going to steal something. I understand trying to answer questions that customers have, but being followed around and lurking behind as we are trying to look at the products just made me feel so uncomfortable. As an adult, I know that if I have questions, I can go find an employee and ask them, so it wasn't about her trying to answer questions. She was following us. No other customer was being followed like us. Definitely will not go back.

Amazing staff, great prices, and really good atmosphere. I noticed all the stuff sold here is also at the location on Grand. If you live closer to this location, it is worth a visit.

Kind of hard to find. Upon walking in you are greeted with children's toys, as it's connected to the neighboring store. Idk, put a curtain up at least? Didn't have what I wanted, no biggie MN laws are weird right now. The worker wouldn't give me any recommendations, seemed like he didn't want my business. I hated the drinks I got, wish I would have gone to the liquor store.

I love Delta 8 and all the Nothing but Hemp products I've tried. I know they're good quality because they work and me & my family have gotten great results! The sleeping relax gummy works so well before bed every night and we loves it.

Feel mislead by the employee, made the promotions/bogos so confusing that I ended up feeling pressured to buy/spend more than I felt comfortable when I come home to double check sale prices online and see that I could have bought the amount I wanted for the price I believed it was supposed to be.. frustrating

Not bad. Got some gummies. They didn't have many to choose from but it was new years day lol.

Good selection and friendly staff. A little hole in the wall. Discount for repeat purchases make it smarter to buy from here than liquor stores.

Super friendly delivery. Great service. Items are maybe more pricey than online deals but it's really good quality here. I highly recommend the drink mix.

I've been around a lot trying to find good dispensaries. When i say "many" ive been tons of thousands of places. I was traveling and saw this place and decided to get some. Y'know just to try. These flavors are crazy and outstanding. It's so good and does such a good job getting you there 🌙. I'm high tolerance and let me tell you this. This is a MUST have, a MUST see, and MUST try! The woman who helped me was so well educated, so respectful, and knows her stuff. I'm definitely coming back when I'm traveling that's for sure. Not a miss place. -Respect 🤝
