I've been coming to this place since it opened consistently every couple of months when I need product to hold me over until I see my primary source. With that said the customer service is always good but it seems something changes each time. Outside of having signs on the outside of the door please start adding new info to website to minimize unnecessary inconvenience to your patrons. So everyone, make sure you have the physical credit card you ordered with on hand for anything purchased over 100 bucks. Also if you order after 7:45 p.m. you can't pick up until the next day and the emails say to wait until your notified the order is ready before going to pickup but the last 3x's despite it being ready no email was sent. For that just wait an hour them call to check. Lastly, I would love if they included the exact type of terpes in each product on the site. Thank you, to the young lady who allowed me to show proof of purchase without having to go home and come back.
Thank you for the detailed review, our site is set up to inform all customers about these issues you mentioned before completing the check out the process to fully inform all customers on the process when coming to pick up orders. As for the emails being late at times the system can be overloaded being a heavy volume location, all customers are told orders are ready same day with in 15-20 min and to call for any questions, In the future you can call us as soon as your curious on a status you do not have to wait an hour. And for our terp information the site is set up for easy shopping with informational details if you would like to know more info all our C.O.A are available on the site so you can browse different terps you enjoy Please take the time to truly look over our site and read the information available. Store was Open but dark. Looked closed until you grab the door handle. Female was rude and seemed like she was asleep and I was bothering her. Nothing to buy according to her. Said I have to order online. So what is she there for??!
Mrs Brands I'm Anthony Gregory the regional manager of the FXBG Dispensary. In Virginia unfortunately the rules and regulations have forced us to change our service model. Instead of having the ability to serve you directly over the counter, we are a pick up facility for orders that are placed online. The staff at this location are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Octavia went above and beyond during our most recent interaction and was very helpful and considerate. I would recommend this location for employment purposes as well as for their product needs!

Came at 7:40 on 9/22/2025 & was Told By Black Guy with Dreads that No One Can Fill My Order , a White Couple came in behind me and Order was Filled Immediately. Will be Reporting to Federal Government to have them come Audit ,
Our policy is, if you are placing an order within a certain time of us closing the order is to be picked up the next day. I will look at our camera footage and see what happened. I apologize for any inconvenience this my have cause you. Our customer service is not based on race, but is dictated by our company policies.
