This place is amazing cookies brownies and a lot of choices for the non smoking type there bud is great but I enjoy there other options best there can drinks are amazing GGG and the staff are too
I find it very disconcerting that the security seal is always broken. I know that it is not "secure". Not a secure feeling. The "security seal" is for my protection it claims. So, when it has been completely removed and then just layed on top????? This is no longer "secure". How do I know I am getting what I paid for? Is someone "pinching" the order? Security seals are for security. Wish I had a battery in my digital scale. Not happy. Not complaining about the delivery time window that does not exist. This is excellent for seniors like me. If I feel "secure" in my purchase. My last 2 deliveries were "wonky", as in.....wonky. Security seal was removed on both orders.

You are absolutely right: the seal should remain fully intact upon delivery, and anything less is unacceptable. We want to assure you that none of your products are ever opened or handled after packaging. All items arrive to us pre-sealed directly from the cultivator or manufacturer, and our delivery team is required to keep those seals intact when preparing orders. A broken or reapplied seal should never be part of your experience. We are addressing this directly with our delivery team so we can determine exactly what went wrong on your recent orders. This is not the level of care or security we aim to provide, especially for our seniors who rely on delivery for convenience and peace of mind. Unfortunately I have to give a 2 star rating at this point. The selection available has been stagnant, the prices are far too high but that’s not even what prompted this review. I have now used the delivery service several times now and the last 3 times my orders were extremely late. There is a two hour window for delivery and that needs to be adhered to. I had to cancel my order this evening because although my delivery window was from 4-6pm I had not received any contact by 6:05. I called to inquire and was told that the driver would be to me by 6:20. By 6:30 still nothing and I needed to be somewhere. I called again and was told the delivery driver with my order is on lunch and they can’t do anything about it. Very disappointing. Do better Slater.

This place use to be the place to go too now its disappointing always something wrong with the system am paying for the product the taxes and the round ups if i use a debit card highway robbery, I put in an order two weeks ago, for the next two weeks am getting notifications in my email that my product is ready for pick up and it continues to do that I get to the place and your employees act like they dont know what their doing smh get it together!!!!!!

We have recently transitioned to a new menu and payment system, and while this upgrade is ultimately meant to improve the experience for all customers, it has unfortunately resulted in some glitches, including duplicate “Ready for Pickup” emails. Our team is actively working with the software provider to resolve these issues so they no longer impact your experience. After reviewing your account, we also identified that multiple profiles were created under different phone numbers, which can cause repeated notifications and ordering issues. We encourage you to ask for a manager on your next visit so we can merge or correct your account information and prevent these problems from happening again. Regarding debit card payments, we want to clarify that the rounding you’re seeing is not a Slater fee. It is a standard practice in the cannabis industry for all PIN-based debit transactions to round to the nearest $5 increment and include a $3.50 processing fee. This structure is set by the third-party payment processor and is used by dispensaries across Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Many customers choose cash if they prefer to avoid these processor-mandated rules. We also offer other payment options. — The Slater Center Team
