Their customer service is trash. I bought a faulty vape from them and asked politely if I could trade it in for a different one but this girl with the lip piercing and glasses named Demaree L. had an attitude with me saying no because of the two week return policy, when I bought a few and when I get to my last one the two weeks was already over. I told her can you please work with me I don’t wanna lose out on my money. Didn’t want to work with me and said yes out of your money and you’re stuck with it. Like it’s my fault the vape I bought from them is faulty. Just looked at me stupid like I was an inconvenience for coming in. This is how you treat your customers? I have been going there since they opened. Now I won’t be coming back. Absolutely terrible.

I have been going to this dispensary almost daily since they Opened, there is a security guard in the evenings that is really rude, every time I go in there he takes my drink from me, but I have seen other people come in with drinks, but we won’t go into that so tonight we were there and I’m in a wheelchair and some guy that was paying More attention to the product than where he was walking, and I said excuse, excuse me, but he ended up stepping on chair because he wasn’t pmore attention to the product than where he was walking, and I said excuse, excuse me, but he ended up stepping on my chair and almost fell all because he wasn’t paying attention, but then he started making rude comments about me trying to run his foot over or “ Take his foot off” And was just saying things to the budtender about us, We ended up walking out at the same time and he was giving my husband dirty looks so my husband told him he didn’t have to be so rude that I had said excuse me and he started calling my husband names that men don’t like to be called. And like I was saying about the security guard he was in my husband‘s face telling him to leave, but he wasn’t telling the other guy anything and the whole time we were walking away the guy was calling my husband those names again and trying to fight and telling him he was gonna be arrested lol. So I would be careful if you’re going there in the evening that security guard is not very nice. If management gets this message, I will not be coming back unless somebody gives me a call.
