Went into this shop today and purchased 2 of the Off Stamp refills that were on the shelf with a price tag of $19.99. After the very rude young man behind the counter rang me up, I swiped my card. I asked him what the total was because on the credit card machine it showed the total very small. He then replied, $48.74 and I replied, almost $8.00 in tax? He then replied, they are $22.99. I replied, the sign clearly says $19.99. He replies, they must not have changed the sign. I asked for my money back for the difference, he replies, I’m not going to do that. I told him that was false advertisement and I wanted the name of his manager, he replies, I’m not giving you that. He points at a sign in front of the register that says “No refunds “ I then say, you can abide by that sign but not the sign that clearly says the price of the product that I purchased says “19.99??? I then was so aggravated and disgusted by the way this place conducts business. I started to walk out and then I took a picture of the signs with the prices and he started yelling at me that I am not allowed to take pictures. I will definitely be letting the public know to avoid shopping here or any of the other businesses that is associated with them. We all know there are plenty of other vape shops in Front Royal and the surrounding areas. Young man, you should be ashamed of the way that you conducted yourself today. If you are going to work in customer service then you need major training class on how to take care of the customer!!!

Not friendly and not helpful employee working the day I went in. When I asked about a product she just said she didn’t know. If I had a question it felt like she was annoyed and considered my question dumb. Great selection of products but horrible customer service.

Check your vapes before you leave the store - some shelves are FULL of expired product. They know it, and if they see you checking your stuff in the car they'll lock the door.

But we ask all our customers to check their devices inside the store before leaving as the policy explicitly mentions no returns or refunds once you leave the store. The doors to our stores are always open during business hours and are locked only incase the employee is away to attend natures call or to fetch something from the back. i’ve been buying from here for months, they’ve seen my id multiple times. they’ve told me my id was on file and i had bought there without them seeing my id multiple times. yesterday i went the woman was on her phone, seemed bothered i was there, and they refused to sell to me because i didn’t have my id.

Person working seemed to be more concerned about talking on there phone then actually caring about the me the customer. Go to a different location. I’ll never go back to this location

Great location huge inventory lots of glass and vape products plus other things Customer service was extraordinary.. very helpful and upbeat environment made me feel good positive vibes heading out of there definitely going to be back!! Go check em out for urselfs you wont regret it
