I have been a regular customer for about a year. On my birthday they didn't give me my medical discount or even a penny preroll. I spend an average of $150.00 per week in there. Another time recently I didn't receive a preroll I paid for only an empty tube. I usually enjoy going in and the people are awesome but you have lost me as a customer.
