Now giving a second review (#2 five star review btw). Had an issue with quality (from the manufacturer obviously). The product came damaged inside the packaging and was not safe/functioning due to the flaw. I was given a replacement on the house post asking to QC what I was buying even after declining. The staff here truly cares about their inventory and the quality of what is on their shelves. Plus the reimbursement of my purchase could not be justified by me as this shift I don’t normally see, but I offer a chefs kiss to the customer service as I normally see the folks in the morning. Keep up the good work folks 👍🏻 and to newbies looking to dabble I would start here. The staff is very intelligible on their product and offers a very warm welcome.
