The manager of this place is super toxic. The company would do well to stop it. Lowest rated dispensary in town for a reason.

First time visiting this location. It's a very professional operation. The West Virginia model for legal cannabis sales mirrors the Colorado model for the most part

I normally have great service here but on 8/8 around 5:30pm I had some sincerely awful customer service. The woman who helped me out was great a week ago but for some reason this time treated me like I was doing something wrong by coming in to shop. She got my order wrong, I asked for 14g and she came out of the back with 7g, threw it on the counter but rang me up so quickly I couldn’t say anything. Will not be coming back.

Absolutely the best value I have found when it comes to getting the most bang for your buck! The staff is amazing, I visit here weekly sometimes more than once a week!!!!

I only go here if everywhere else is closed. Staff is great, but the store/corporate is not. Flower selection could be better, terpene info is often not listed clearly or provided like most websites. Store could do a lot better compared to other dispensaries in the area. Hopefully they will change so I can update my review.
