Nobody answers the phone anytime you call the store. Like I've called Putnam village trulieve twice this morning they've answered I've called the one in South Charleston for days and nobody ever picks up the phone.

I really thought this place was awesome until I literally go and exchange my vape battery because the magnet mouthpiece is messed up and there was a glitch going on with it and I got it 30% off and instead of doing an even trade for device for device I had to pay the difference because it was no longer on sale. I don’t care what anyone else says about it cuz Everybody else has always done an even trade on stuff. They had two other devices I was interested in and now I will go to another dispensary to buy my devices since I know how this place does their exchanges like I have never returned there before that was the first time I only ever returned two other dispensaries and like I said, they always done at even trade on stuff a lot of items they don’t take back but they give you the full amount back and points on your account and you just get another item. That was the same price and even exchange but truly doesn’t do that, even though it was the same exact item I had to pay very disappointed and truly very disappointed. The landing is now my new favorite. Like I’m so upset. I’m so mad like y’all literally made me pay a difference and now that I’m sitting at home really upset and stewing on it. I’m literally gonna save it and I’m gonna bring it back. And get refunded I will not even open the bag it’s in. This is just crazy. I literally only bought the battery because it was 30% off and y’all should’ve honestly done an even exchange for it because you took the device and you’re sending it back but instead y’all made me pay a difference and it was stupid of me to pay it. Edit: so I’m tired of going all day without smoking my vape cart so I went ahead and opened it when I opened a box it was in a plastic sealed bag inside of the box. The original one I bought was not like that so the original one I bought wasn’t even new, And no, the discount was not a discount because it was open previously it was a store discount. They were doing 30% off on all devices. I got on here to edit this to let people know that they sold me a product that’s been open before.
