Showed up and the door was locked even tho the open sign is on and it’s within open hours. No note on the door. Called and the phone rang until it gave up. No voicemail option. Knocked on the door a couple times. Waited 15 minutes and no one showed up.
We are really sorry you stopped by and found the shop closed when it shouldn’t have been. We completely understand how frustrating that is. I shop at this location multiple times per week. Today, 7/21/25 I came in and whoever the woman they had working at the register’s attitude was so nasty. First, she didn’t speak at all but spoke to a woman that came in after me. There was only one thing that was different about me and the woman who came in after me….. So, that leads me to believe that you had an issue with how I look. Second, the register wasn’t working. I was patient because I completely understand when something is out of your control but the attitude she gave me because I wanted to check in so I could receive my points was crazy. She was huffin and puffin like she was mad I’m putting in my number. Girl, go home if you don’t want to be here. Lastly, I asked for a bag. She very rudely said that she didn’t have one. She should be glad I was in a great mood today and decided to be patient with her but please inform her that no every customer is not going to respond to her like I did today. I hate to give a bad review because I love this shop and I come a lot. The owner is super sweet. The older guy that sometimes works there is super cool. But the grinch they had working up there today. Please get rid of her ASAP!

Arabic guy was playing a game and made a phone call while I was asking questions about delta 8 vapes and when I made a decision and got home I noticed he sold me a heavily used one that is burnt and he didn't even give me a receipt so I can't return it

First time I’ve been to this location and I wasn’t impressed at all compared to their other locations. The shelves were pretty empty, they didn’t have any of the 5 of the flavors I vape. I also asked her for gummies that help with energy and bought what she told me to. Got home and took a tiny piece and was knocked out for 2 days. I started looking into them and they’re actually made especially for sleep. So, they don’t even know their own products. I’ll stick to the Hillcrest or Cottage Hill locations.

I used to think this was the best vape shop in Mobile however I find that they charge double for vape juice from what other stores charge. They sell Mints juice for $20. a bottle and I usually get 2 for $22. @ Area 51 smoke shop on Airport & Seminole St. Go see Rommie there. Much better prices!

Last week, I visited your shop and had a disappointing experience with one of the salesgirls. Her attitude was very unprofessional and dismissive, as if she didn’t care whether I made a purchase or not. When I asked questions, she seemed unwilling to provide any helpful information and responded with indifference. Additionally, she mentioned a ‘buy three, get one free’ offer, but she charged me for the free item as well. This behavior is unacceptable, and her attitude needs significant improvement. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.

Huge amount of inventory & some great help from behind the counter to make sure I’m getting the best for me. Really wish they would consider the delta drinks from Hemp Doctor or Torch.

Moe is the king of customer service. They have a great selection of products . You won't find better prices at any other vape shop in Mobile.

Visiting from out of town & I could not have felt more welcomed. Will...what can I say about Will? His customer service is indescribable!!!! Worth more than five stars. This will definitely be my go to shop when I'm in town. UPDATE: Went by a few days before leaving town and of course, Will was there. Courteous, helpful & professional as usual. Can't get enough of his great customer service. Will ONLY visit this location in the future.
