Love this place !!! Been to most of the shops here in the ICT, and one couldn't ask for better prices , qualify and customer satisfaction ... And the staff Candace, sully , Shawndae and Chris are always on point !! 10 out of 10 thanks for excellent service . 💯💯💯💯💯👍💖🤟😎

Best smoke shop I've ever been too!!! Valdemar was the most knowledgeable, nicest, and upbeat person ever. He makes your day. I was in the store about two weeks ago and they had just opened when an extremely irate customer started causing a scene. It was uncomfortable to watch, but I was absolutely impressed by how Candace handled the situation. She stayed calm, polite, and professional the entire time — even when the customer was clearly out of line. Candace listened patiently, kept her tone respectful, and diffused the tension without escalating things further. You could tell she genuinely cared about resolving the issue while maintaining a positive environment for everyone else. Her composure and professionalism were truly admirable — she’s a real asset to the team!

This used to be a nice smoke shop a few years back I don't know what happened maybe a new owner Or it could just be their new employee I have no idea But according to her they do not support the fact that people don't belong in jail for weed and that it should be legal everywhere I DO NOT AND WILL NOT SUPPORT A STORE LIKE THIS!

When you requested to leave a petition in the store, she explained that, as an employee, she needed to get approval from management before accepting outside materials. This is a standard policy and was not meant to dismiss your efforts or your viewpoint. We understand that the interaction became tense, and we regret that it left you feeling unsupported.
