I had a great experience at Uptown Wellness Dispensary and wanted to share a detailed review. From the moment I arrived, the place felt welcoming and easy to navigate. The shop is clean, organized, and has a calm atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable right away. The lobby and display area are well-arranged, with clear labeling on all the products so you can easily see what they offer.

I think I’ve been here total of four times. The first time was a nice experience. The second time might have been OK, but the last two times… I did not see any good products compared to my first visit, and I was treated rudely by the staff. Additionally, I’ve inquired about the CBD sparkling water that I really enjoyed the first time I visited, and the employees were either confused on if they had ever carried it or, one employee was rude and told me to order it online myself. It seems like bad business to stop carrying a product and tell people to go find it online. It seemed like I was just being told “go away”, Because I asked for something that I had purchased before and they did not have it. There was no discussion on if it would ever come back or any positive or productive discussions at all.

​This is my favorite local dispensary. The staff is super friendly and welcoming! ​Buying is always quick and easy—I'm in and out fast. They also have tons of choices for everything you need!
