Customer service was good but they did not have much of a selection. Also the security needs to be better, asking “do you have any weapons” without metal detectors isn’t very effective

Fast and friendly. Classic race bikes in the lobby to look at. Really cool Ducati's and buds. Nice.

I'm not sure what the owner's response is about, but the pre-roll from this place my bf brought me was stale! Seems like they have more issues than I originally thought LOL

Overpriced

Edit: I spoke to the manager and they did nothing to try and right the situation and instead tried telling me that an obviously racist encounter wasn’t racist. I will never come back, even though this place is a block away. I will take my money elsewhere. While walking to the place I saw a girl with pink hair who works there walking there as well. I waved and she crossed the street ti the other side which is pretty racist and toxic. As a black man I see this happen regularly. Someone will cross the street when I’m minding my own business walking, or if I sit down on a bench they clutch their purse and place it in the other side. But usually those are STRANGERS. Not someone who works at a place where I am a regular customer. Pink hair girl is very obviously racist. Not ti mention I came out of a gated community. A sign that I clearly do not need to rob anyone. So, I am very offended.
