Works the best with you finding exactly what you need
Usually I have zero complaints about this place, but here we are. I’ve gone here several times and everyone has always been very welcoming and helpful.. until now. I was super disappointed and won’t be going back. I had questions about other things (I bought 1 thing but was interested in more) but left instead of asking because the 2 people there were just not nice, not helpful, not welcoming. I had quite a few things I was interested in but oh well, their loss. Luckily there’s a lot of smoke shops in the area so no biggie for me.
We regret to hear that you did not receive the customer service you deserve. This past visit should not be a reflection, but we understand your disappointment and should be consistent with our customer service.
This place was great with a large verity of items. I visited today for a dispo and was highly pleased. The customer service was great. I highly recommend to anyone in the area
