Vape O2 Chinatown

I’ve been coming to this store for almost three years and have spent thousands of dollars here. Last week, I bought a vape that broke through no fault of my own. Normally I would’ve used my points, but their system was down that day, so I ended up spending $80 out of pocket. I went back today expecting the same level of customer service I’ve always gotten, and instead was told they couldn’t help me because it was “past the one-week window.” It’s ridiculous. I bought it literally a week ago, and this is the ONE time I’ve ever tried to return something. After being a loyal customer for years, that’s the treatment I get? Really disappointing. If this is how they handle loyal customers, I can’t recommend this place to anyone anymore.

They always have a good selection, but if they don't, just wait a couple days and they will have more options. Been coming here since i moved back to Philly a few months ago. I really don't go to any other vape/smoke shops anymore. This is the spot!

Knowledgeable and nice

Will sell you the wrong product then the next day when you try to exchange it act like it's your fault for not inspecting it. Guess it's my fault opening it because you'd assume everyone can read.

After visiting 5 smoke/vape shops without any luck finding a tank or coils…. I stopped in and they had just what I needed. Calvin had great customer service and was knowledgeable…Other shops tried to sell me something else that I was unfamiliar with… 10/10 will be back

i frequent this spot and the one in fishtown but im always treated with respect store is clean and the ppl working are always outgoing and down to chat. always willing to recommend stuff too. good rewards program too. no complaints ever

Not enough options for me. And I don't like people that use the product while working. Definitely makes things challenging at times
