Wellgreens Pacific Beach Weed Cannabis Dispensary

Customer service was outstanding. I returned a defective product. They didn’t even ask me for the receipt. I gave them the defective product back and they replaced it with a new one immediately. The way it should be, but rarely is.

They have amazing customer service. The girl working the front counter that checked me in was so warm and welcoming. I forgot her name but I will definitely be back. New favorite dispensary!

This dispensary is the definition of “you get what you don’t pay for.” Customer service? Nonexistent. I’ve seen vending machines with more personality and better communication skills. The staff acts like you’re bothering them just by walking in, and the product looks like it was picked off the clearance shelf of a gas station. All of this… while somehow charging top-shelf prices. Make it make sense. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Even your cousin’s friend’s plug is more reliable than this place.
