Customer service was great.

I placed an online order on November 25th and Still Haven't received that order. I called on December 1st and they said they would get it in the mail that day, and I still haven't seen it as of today. I called today and the told me they couldn't look into it because they are not able to look up my order because it's a different dept. and the person in that dept. wasn't there today. Do you really want me to believe no else can look up this order. I don't believe that crap at all! Do not order online from this place because you may not get what you ordered.
