Miss. Code Ann. 69-25-203 defines delta-9 THC as (THCA x 0.877) + delta-9 and caps hemp at 0.3% on that basis, so flower cannot comply. A June 11, 2025 Attorney General opinion treats non-FDA-approved hemp consumables as controlled substances outside the medical program, and sheriffs have sent removal letters since August 2025.
Separately, the federal hemp definition changes on November 12, 2026, when total THC replaces delta-9 as the test and finished products are capped at 0.4 mg of total THC per container. That applies nationwide regardless of state law.

My 14 year old Shitzu was diagnosed with heart failure back in March 2024 and I was told he only has about 2 months to live. I did my research and came to visit this store. I purchased the Wellness oil tincture for him and within a few days I could already tell he was feeling better. Here we are, 7 months later and he’s still here almost like new. I swear this stuff works. It also helped my mom’s mini dachshund stop having recurring seizures. Try it out!
