4pm today they are closed because of NO POWER. Placed an order and d rove all the way here for nothing. The least they could have done was notify customers. Funny because I decided to come here when I normally use newington
I rarely leave reviews but I have to in this case. I usually shop at the Newington location but they didn't have what Meriden did in stock so this was the first time I've been to the Meriden store. I recently renewed my card and it wasn't in the system yet. The woman at the desk checking IDs was so sincere, polite and cool! The young woman who was the supervisor on shift came over and not only got my info in the system but literally printed and cut my card out and laminated it for me, she also was very cool, polite and sincere and I got rung out by Shae who was again cool, polite and knowledgeable!! I shop around numerous dispensaries and I have to say this was the best experience I've ever had at one. I wish I knew the names of the woman at the desk and the supervisor so they can be recognized as well but I'm sure you will figure it out. Thanks again for being soooooo helpful and going above and beyond for me (it's rare to find people to do a great job these days let alone go above and beyond). A+++++ Sincerely, Matt C.
