I havent bought from here and i will not. 40 for the 8th is ridiculous i know its a ct standard at the moment but you guys can change that if yall want sales that are non stop i suggest yall rethink them price idc if its every one else's pricing its nonsense. I travel 40minutes north for 8 dollar 8ths and 57 dollar ounces already taxed. Why does CT over doit? I Left 5 stars because i love weed i just need yall to help us while we help you.
As a returning customer who has purchased from this dispensary over ten times, I’m extremely disappointed with my latest experience. I purchased what was supposed to be a 1g cartridge, but was given a 0.5g instead and overcharged by about $40. When I contacted them, they refused to resolve the issue or offer any compensation. For a place I’ve supported repeatedly and have an account with, that’s unacceptable. Poor customer service and no accountability.
Hi there, thanks for the review. We always try to help our returning customers, and we did our best to resolve this one too. When you called, we asked for the cartridge and the receipt so we could fix the issue on the spot. The next day, a friend came in with your receipt and an empty tube labeled as a 1g cartridge — but no actual cartridge. Since cannabis is a controlled substance, we legally can’t process a return without the product itself. That’s not us being difficult… that’s just the law. It’s kind of like asking a pharmacy for a refund on pain medication by handing them an empty bottle. From what we were shown, the item you purchased was the correct size, and without the cartridge we had no way to verify otherwise. We’re always happy to help when we’re given what we need to actually do so. If you’d like to come in personally so we can look at everything together, we’re more than willing.

Nope, I’ll stick to mass for now prices are still too high even though this place had the lowest pricing in ct. Iv seen this far. So kudos for that. But my bud-tender was rude ruined the experience.
My first visit to this place was today and I am very happy I went here. Everyone is friendly, the prices are good and I got an over all good feeling here plus they hooked me up with a free lighter. I will be shopping here more now for sure and it's close to my house.
