Im done with Ascend. The new prem bud is trash and they charge so much for it. Its 20% stems. The customer service at this location is kind of trash. The manager makes the environment stressful i couldn't imagine working there. Black Friday was a joke they had only 2 varieties, of ozone, which forces you to buy the new royal brand which, as I mentioned earlier, is mainly, stems, does not taste good, did not provide a good buzz.Honestly , if it felt like they just put the worst simply herb they could find in a premium bag. Ive shopped acsend since it was supply & provisions but after this last trip im done. 800 to 1200 bucks every 2 months from out of state since atleast 2020 2019. I think Exclusive will be my new go to. From having a year of points taken from me to bad service I still came thru as a loyal customer but 1 thing im not going to do is drive 9 hours spend 800 bucks and get bad smoke/ literally be lied to says right on it "prem bud" but thats cap. I even brought a friend this time and was high key embarrassed that I brought her. Luckily Exclusive made up for this with a incredible team, good bud for a appropriate price point. I don't mean to write a book , but after being a customer for this long , it's pretty upsetting. Usually use the Battle creek location but im good on all ascends after this last trip. Too many options in the state to put up.with that.
