I had no expectations the day I stepped into Better Ways LLC in Branford Ct. but I needed something to treat muscle pain and I detest those offensive smelly patches sold in drug stores. Duncan stepped right in as I perused his wonderfully displayed products. He asked me a few questions and led me to an Herbal Salve, suggesting I give it a try. "It's kind of expensive" I said. "Oh! but you don't need that much of it" he tells me. Well It's months later and I still don't know how or why this stuff works, all I know is, it just does. Thank you Better Ways LLC !

My husband and I stopped in to Better Ways to find an effective replacement salve for nerve pain and swelling relief for my ankle. Duncan was amazing! His insight and proactivness within the community is very evident by the passion and knowledge he imparts. He answered all of our questions, and was genuine in the way he spoke about helping individuals who are suffering.
