Burner's Smoke Shop

Have been coming since they opened the Bridgeview location. Just purchased 3 vapes and 1 of them is not working properly. Went back to let them know and they did not want to help in any way. I will not be going to the Bridgeview location any more horrible service.

Ehab helped me out with what to get would highly recommended coming to him.

The man working on Aug. 29th around 3 pm was not satisfactory. I told him I wanted Mexican mango which was out of stock and he said let me get you something comparable/ I said I’ve already paid for a vape that I wasted my money on and did not want to do that again. He gave me a vape that he said tasted just like the Mexican mango. It WAS Not at all what I wanted. He said you bought it and that’s it! Poor customer service and rude. I will never step foot in that place again and none of my friends will go there again..

They have a large selection and the guy behind the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Juan and Rene been taking care of me since the very first time I came to this shop and thanks to them this store is now my #1 smoke shop. Always good deals
