Yes, I wanted to mention something to you about Yasmine. She was amazingly professional. Her demeanor was exceptional. I came in to your store today, highly irritated by all the garbage I found on the ground outside your store. It wasn't until I left that I realize just how much there was on the ground. I saw one packaging on my way in and picked it up thinking I could dispose of it in a garbage can, but there were none to be found inside or out then I was told it was illegal for you guys to have that garbage inside, so I had to throw it back outside. Expressed my opinion about needing a garbage can out front. Well, they listened. I don't know if anything will be done about it. It may even have to reach out to an Alderman to get something done about it. While I support the sales of cannabis. I do not support people throwing litter all over the ground right outside. I'm sure you guys don't care for it either something must be done. So Yasmine had to deal with me as a irritated customer coming in. She remain calm, professional, and well informed about the product and all the questions I asked. I think she is a wonderful addition to your team. Best and happy holidays to all! Refused to take state issued ID. Filed complaint with IDH. Heads up if you renew your license they don’t take the temporary copy and treated me like I was a scammer. Was a customer since 2017. No longer.

Stopped in recently and not only found what I needed but HELPFUL people. Thankful for their knowledge of edible products as I've a gluten allergy and and only eat vegan gummies, their recommendations were spot on for aiding with my current medications, but not promoting sleep, but focus, memory retention, and slight mood boosting.

long time customer since open come in twice to once a week since open! this is the second interaction that i had a weird uncomfortable feeling with. parked my car was crossing the street yesterday to go into this shop. see a guy having a hard time coming in because the door is always locked. says push bell but barely can hear it ring. anyways. see he had a problem told him i belive it’s a buzz try opening the door. he finally got the door open he let me in first. then i proceed to walk up to the glass window and lady again with curly hair not sure if she’s caucasian or hispanic but very rude not welcoming. if she’s the manager maybe take some lesson on not to involve your personal life with work… don’t take it on the customer! anyways seems like she has a problem with people not being able to open the door or hear the buzz. thats not my issue and the rudeness was meant for him not me. i just happen to walk up. then while she checks my id she just had a stank face and after she did not buzzz me into the next door thinking i was with the man behind me. telling me hold on very rude. you lost my business because of this. this is the second time it happened l. i do not like the way the lady always staring at me everytime i come in. if your going to run a business make sure u not assuming and rest everyone with respect! i rather drive to curaleaf then come here again. teh workers are great. but if this lady with curly hair is the manager. maybe learn to speak to customers and show signs of welcome. don’t be making nasty faces and talking with certain tones. this lady needs to get it together if she wants people to come back. that it you lost my business
