CBD American Shaman Londonderry

I usually shop with this brand for all my CBD products, and I’ve always had great experiences. This was my first time visiting the Londonderry location, and unfortunately it didn’t match the level of service I’m used to. The associate who helped us greeted us, but when I asked questions about products, he wasn’t informative or engaging. I even shared what I was hoping to achieve, and he just responded with a quick “mhm” without offering any guidance. He also didn’t offer samples, even though he had given one to the customer ahead of us. In contrast, the team at the Salem location is always nurturing, helpful, and makes me feel at home. I’ll stick to that location for future visits.

I've never been to their store; however, I have been purchasing CBD tincture for my dog for some time now, from American Sharman in Londonderry. The price is better than any I've found elsewhere online. The owner has gone above and beyond in service to get the product to me, sometimes on short notice. The owner is kind, professional, and the product allows me to have more time here on Earth with my elderly small dog. Without this company, a Londonderry-based based, the quality of my life and my dog's life would be greatly diminished. I love this business.

Best place to get CBD and Delta products. Staff is super friendly and often gives out free samples. Reward program is nice.

Melissa met my wife and I as we walked in. This was our first time here. Melissa was nothing but polite, professional, very informative, and overall offered great customer service. She let us know about all of the products there, especially the ones we were interested in, the oils were amazing; she offered us a free sample of those. The store was very clean and well organized, and we really enjoyed our visit. I ended up choosing some gummies to take home, but will definitely be coming back!
