THCa in New Hampshire: Restricted
RSA 318-B:1 defines 'cannabis-type drug' as all parts of any plant of the Cannabis genus, and the word hemp does not appear in the section at all. The only exclusions are the archaic ones — mature stalks, fiber, oil or cake from seeds, and sterilized seed. There is no THC threshold, so on the controlled-drug act's own definitions hemp flower is not carved out. A basis for lawful hemp retail may exist elsewhere in New Hampshire law; we have not located it, so this row is provisional and suppresses nothing.
Separately, the federal hemp definition changes on November 12, 2026, when total THC replaces delta-9 as the test and finished products are capped at 0.4 mg of total THC per container. That applies nationwide regardless of state law.

Nika was who I spoke to on the phone prior to my visit and she was so professional and thorough. I also had the pleasure of having her as my associate and she was extremely knowledgeable helpful and friendly !!! I love this place bc they are the only ones that still have my favorite vape!!!

I absolutely love this place and their staff!!! I specifically asked for a vape with NO MINT which seems to be very hard for some people to understand but the guy that was working gave me a fifty bar which was raspberry jam flavor and I couldn't have been happier to finally find a vape with no mint. I love this place and go back regularlycuz the staff know there stuff!!!! ♥️
