I’ve been to several of these locations, and this one is by far my favorite! They are always so kind and informative and I’ve never had a bad experience here. Yaz in particular is always so helpful and make the experience that much better!!!

I had a great shopping experience with my first visit.

The Delta 9 THC seltzers and the Delta 9 THC drink infusers they offer are great alternatives for regular THC that cause too much paranoia for some people, and also a much healthier alternative than smoking or vaping too. Yaz and Dylan were really helpful in explaining the smaller differences between similar products and the different effects of various cannabinoid molecules.

Every time I shop at CBD Kratom Bucktown, for my mom, it's always a great experience. On 9/5/25, I went in around 9am to get my mom some CBD for her México City flight that same afternoon. Dylan, the store associate, was very kind and helpful. Using my phone number, Dylan was able to lookup the same CBD cartridge and CBN lollipops my mother loves for her anxiety. I've been off and on in treatment for genetic neuroendocrine cancer for the past 8 years and the entire time this CBD/kratom location has been invaluable in managing pain, stress and general quality of life. Everyone that works here is incredibly friendly and helpful, and Toni in particular has been a tremendous help making sure I can meet my specific needs. It's made a tremendous difference in my life. The company needs to keep in mind that its employees are their greatest asset. Helpful, knowledgeable staff that brighten up the customer's day every time they shop is at least as important as the quality of the product itself. Otherwise we'd just shop online. 5/5
