Wouldn't even deserve 1 star employee was very disrespectful i was a faithful customer until today I will never step foot back into one of there location and will definitely spread the word to all who I know or work with, if customers can't go behind the counter to look at the display where you have them maybe post signs...... to top it off store is dirty and discussing like they dont clean it or dust anything off, needless to say I will be taking my business else where

I don't know what the name of the manager was, but he told me he had just taken over this location and his staff was very busy reorganizing the store and placing product on shelves. I went in to order some coils and he let me know that they were soon to be discontinued and I felt personally, that it was time to purchase a new vape. Based on the information I gave him, he guided me through the process of purchasing a whole new setup. I thought it'd be out of my budget, but it ended up being very affordable and when I got home and tried it out, I couldn't be happier with what I had bought. No pressure, just amazing information and he said he even used the coils I bought personally so he would make sure they were available barring any complications out of his control. 10/10 manager, the staff has a little learning to do, but it was a hectic scenario and a long time customer came out of it very satisfied.
