Absolutely love Crazy Vapor Shop! The staff here is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help me find exactly what I need. They have an amazing selection of flavors, devices, and accessories—all at fair prices. The store is spotless, well-organized, and has a relaxed, welcoming vibe that makes every visit enjoyable. I never feel rushed; they take the time to explain products and give spot-on recommendations. This is my go-to spot for all my vaping needs—highly recommend!

They sell the brand “lost THC” 2 gram disposables for $50 when legit every other shop in town sells the 7 gram disposables for the same price… selection and price is awful. Staff is super nice though

Person working behind the counter was a young guy with long hair. He acted like he was doing us a favor by helping us and was quite rude. We will not be back

Very poor quality and overpriced products, the staff this morning was extremely unkind and speaks down to people, and unfortunately also had extremely gnarly smelling breath

Avoid this place at all costs. I live in the apartments above this smoke shop and made the mistake of buying a $40 grinder from them. It broke the very next day—barely used and when I tried to return it, I was told I needed a receipt. Funny enough, they don’t even give you a receipt unless you specifically ask for one. Total scam. The products they sell are cheap, low-quality garbage. The cigars and tobacco are stale, the vapes don’t hit right, and nothing lasts. They don’t do refunds, and customer service is basically nonexistent. Once they get your money, that’s it they don’t care what happens after. This shop is a rip-off, plain and simple. Don’t waste your time or your money here. There are better smoke shops literally anywhere else.

Great selection, friendly staff, and good location. Just don't try to get there right when they open, as the staff frequently operates on "stoner time" and there's nowhere comfortable to wait on the sidewalk. (Richmond hates the homeless, so benches pretty much don't exist here.) Apart from that, I love their specials on vapes and they're super convenient for where I live.
