After having a difficult day in my personal life, I went to pick up at the fine fettle on research drive in Stamford by Lock City brewing and was helped by Trish. I wanted to give Trish specifically a shout out for being so kind an empathetic when I was having a tough day. I can’t recommend this location enough, so easy to get to and such amazing friendly staff up front and in the back A+ across the board. !!THANK YOU TRISH!!

Such a bad experience. The woman at the counter didn't even seem like she wanted to be there. I asked in the front if I could use my card and they said yes when I got to the beginning of the line, it was a credit card and they said they don't take credit cards. I'm new to coming to dispensaries in Connecticut no clear signage on no credit cards. It was such a hassle being here! I will give this place. Another chance I just want the person to be a little bit more helpful. She didn't even care to explain why. Such bad service!
