Definitely an amazing store! Friendly staff owners awesome!
I absolutely love this place. They’ve got the best prices in town on smoke gear, and they carry literally everything you could ever need for your extracurricular activities. The selection is huge, the quality is solid, and you can tell they actually care about what they stock. On top of that, the staff is always incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth—never pushy, never judgmental. It’s the kind of shop where you feel welcome the moment you walk in. I recommend this place 100%, and I genuinely do every time someone asks about anything I’ve picked up here (which is pretty often). If you haven’t checked them out yet, you’re seriously missing out.

The employees were all super helpful, willing to help and show us anything. They all had the best attitudes and I think everyone should go here and enjoy themselves and have some fun.

Im not sure if your leaving a review for the right store because we have had a few mistakes in the past where people have left reviews by mistake for the Shop Layla‘s around the corner from us . Or maybe this is for some other reason that you just like leaving a negative reviews for everybody that you shop with , because out of 11 reviews, you’ve made 9 are all one star you left with other businesses and it seem to me you just like hating on everyone or there could be another reason behind it . Number one is you clearly saying we don’t have many options is a flat out lie and anyone that has been in our store, or like most of our regular customers that have been shopping with us for years knows a lot better than that . We have probably at least three or more times the options of most other stores in our profession in the Columbus and surrounding area , and if you look at any of our other reviews we have besides one where we wouldn’t return a item after a month that was not returnable to begin with and they made up a bad review on a employee , we strive the hardest on our customer service more then most other stores that will tell you to get lost and go out of our way to make things right with every customer when we can . And we are always complimented on it for doing so . The only thing i have to say to respond to this is Life is to short being so negative and making stuff up and lying .
This is the most family oriented welcoming place in the city Kelly and the young ladies who make sure we are good always makes the place feel welcoming and warming I even received my new daughter from them 🙌🏾💕 I love love love HEADZ UP SMOKE SHOP! 💙💯
