I Heart CBD - Johns Island

I visit many of these stores in the surrounding area and except for one incident at the Summervile location, I am always met with great customer service! I specifically want to give a shout out to Chris, whom I’ve seen holding it down at several locations. He is always super friendly and knowledgeable about the products specific to my needs as well as the other customers I’ve observed him assisting. I had to leave a review for Chris, its people like him that makes the store visits welcoming and memorable.

I’m disappointed with both locations, John’s island and west Ashley. I only had one good encounter at the Johns island location and that is why I gave it a 3 star. The people at the counter need to be more knowledgeable of their products. Period. They just don’t have it. Only one young lady did my first time there. She said she was from a different state, I can’t remember her name. She was knowledgeable, the others need to learn from her. The rest, if y'all are going to work somewhere you need to have more knowledge to what you are selling.

Cody and Chris were the best. Cody gave me the best recommendations and Chris has always given the best vibes. Cody just started but he’s very knowledgeable and seems like he’s been here for years. If you come to this shop, go to either of these two. Trust me on this. Come here asap and ditch the vape shops asap!! You won’t be disappointed, I’m telling you. I barely write reviews too.
