Been going here for years and this is the second time in the last year thats my purchase was either an empty bottle or short a few grams, with products missing safety seals. When confronted about this im told to email their help team. Prolly the last time im going to do business here. Plenty of other options that don’t play these games!

I visited Ivy Hall a few weeks ago, and honestly I was missing out! I got a super nice 1st time buyer promo. The quality was top notch, upon picking up my goods, staff was super friendly and helpful. I even got a loyalty card that you accumulate punches, along with accumulating points when you sign up! They have little baskets up front with free items, that day I got a super cute pin! Just placed my second ordered and once again I am very pleased with the prices and awesome promotions they give !

BEST SHOP IN CHICAGO. I’ve visited Chicago a few times and this was by far the most welcoming and easy going dispensary in the area. I was warmly welcomed by Michelle and the whole group and made my purchase with Sho who was also very friendly. They DO have a veteran discount here AND they even gave me a beanie! I will only be coming here in the future when I visit Chicago.
