Unprofessional. If you are spending money to get Marijuana, you'd be better to go to other dispensary. They will mess up your online order, not show you the product before you purchase and if the product was not correct, they will not take responsibility and even try to gaslight you and then 86 you from their store. Jars Metro is close by and I've never been done wrong by them and I've been going there for months. Key Cannabis needs to have a meeting with their staff about customer service. The unprofessionalism I saw from them is laughable they need to be audited. AZ Department of Health needs to look into them. They treat their regular customers poorly.

Much better when it was Marigold owners now key Cannabis, terrible bartenders very rude and terrible prices. Do not go there.
