Prices are extremely outrageous

Very well informed.

I typically love coming to Kush21, but as of lately I've become increasingly irritated with my purchases. The past three times that I have gone in, Makayla has been my budtender. I didn't mind when she was selling me my products at VIP smoke shop because I knew the service would match the quality that I was paying for. However, I didn't expect to receive the same service at a higher quality establishment. Inability to answer any of my questions, general attitude, and unprofessional. I will be back because I love Kush21 and it is quite frankly the only option in town, but fingers crossed we don't go for a fourth.

Revisiting this review. They have recently markedly improved quality at the store over past visits. Several problematic employees appear to be gone and current management is quite professional. They are still aware they are the only game in town price wise, but, with a good sale they are comparable to other places further away. The quality issues with dryness I had previously assigned to this store unfortunately seem to be an industry wide issue. Likely simple overproduction leading to some getting dry while waiting to sell. All in all a vast improvement over previous experiences there.
