Hours are wrong on google, there only open until 9 pm as posted on the door :(
Hi Chris, the hours on Google actually are correct. We're now open until 10pm each day. Because of the cold weather, our signage company hasn't been able to have the vinyl stickers on our front door updated for the new hours. We'd hoped to have that done last week but...Chicago weather smh.

Travelled a long way to this store only to be denied access on entry due to not having sufficient ID even though I had a valid international driving license which has been accepted elsewhere before. Website does not make it clear passports are required. Female manager was unfriendly and rude when speaking. It may be policy but there are better ways to communicate this to customers. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.
We’re sorry your experience fell short. Often international driver’s licenses can’t be verified using an ID scanner which state law requires us to use. For international visitors, we recommend bringing a passport. Our website does address this, but we’ve updated it to make the passport recommendation 100% clear, and we hope you’ll give us another chance to offer the care ÜMI is known for.

Amazing experience at ÜMI Dispensary! Anu was incredible — super knowledgeable and patient, answered every question I had, and really helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The prices were great too, which was nice. Overall, a smooth and genuinely enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
