Travelled a long way to this store only to be denied access on entry due to not having sufficient ID even though I had a valid international driving license which has been accepted elsewhere before. Website does not make it clear passports are required. Female manager was unfriendly and rude when speaking. It may be policy but there are better ways to communicate this to customers. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Amazing experience at ÜMI Dispensary! Anu was incredible — super knowledgeable and patient, answered every question I had, and really helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The prices were great too, which was nice. Overall, a smooth and genuinely enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
