Clean place, new to the area and Leo has been a giant help not only with advice and suggestions of products but the area in general.

The girl working behind the counter was very rude. Even though you guys didn't have what i normally get, I would have tried something else....I will not be back. If you don't like customer service then find another job.

The staff here are very helpful and friendly, I’m still desperately waiting for kratom seltzers to be sold here as they’re the perfect dosage for me but other than that this place is perfect

I went into the shop yesterday and it was actually my second time ever going in even though I live very close it is always nice and clean and bright and the young lady that waited on me was very knowledgeable and very nice and patient!! I am unemployed at the moment so I was trying to make the most of my buck, and ended up getting a deal for a couple of Vapes that were on a special. I left and went home, where two Puffs later, one of the three Vapes gave out I called the shop and spoke with Leo who was very kind and understanding and told me to come in later on and he would see what he could do as long as I was in there before they closed. I did and he was very helpful and very nice and I know he didn't have to do anything at all but he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and taken care of. I now have a new vape shop that I will go to always! 90% of that was due to the customer and just general kindness I was shown in my two visits, in one day ! 😆 Nowadays I can honestly say I have been to way too many shops where I was ignored, or someone was rude to me, and I was the customer, because they were having a bad day not me. And it doesn't seem like customer service is a big deal anymore so it is very nice to see a place that does care about it thank you mint Vape for making me feel like I mattered even though I didn't spend a ton of money or buy the biggest thing, you have a customer for life.
