Very bad experience and even worse service. Order number MWEB6025. Was never filled. I had to reach out multiple times for delivery. Gave a picture of my license and debit card, told shipment would be received ( after saying they forgot to fill it). Then five days after they told me it was being shipped, I'm told that they didn't even have my product. Customer service was not good and very rude. I have the whole text/chat exchange. I'll be posting more on this experience. Don't waste your money. These people lie!!! MWEB6025 Order number

While I do love moonshot delivery and everything they have to offer and delivery is always done in a timely and professional manner. The website is horribly made when it comes to trying to get same day shipping or just even being able to order from my local store and support is excruciatingly slow to respond. You can take my money in seconds but it takes you 30+ minutes to respond to me.
