Urail, was one of the first people in Chicago to educate me on the benefits of having a medical card but also with educating me on how to have cannabis work with my brain, he educated me why terps and why I should focus on terpeans.

Char, like many colleagues is one my favorite budtenders that I’ve had the opportunity to learn from. She was amazing with educating me on product knowledge, she was amazing with being patient with me and her honesty and integrity is what we need in the cannabis community.

I always have a great experience here. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like I'm getting more of an experience than a transaction. One of the budtenders spent like 10min with me on how to use concentrates which I hadn't used before. He mentioned he wants to start teaching classes at the shop once a week and let me tell you, Ima sit in the front row when they start. I appreciate how much everyone there seems to actually care about their work.

Dealing with cancer, I'm 76, been smoking/using cannabis for 58 yrs. Using weed in my treatments, but not sure if my knowledge is correct. Went to NuEra tonight for "my medicine" and advice. Was way lucky to draw Urail, AKA "the professor" as my budtender! I learned more from this truly knowledgeable young man about cannabis and it's components in a half-hour than I did all those years toking!
