I always have a great experience here. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like I'm getting more of an experience than a transaction. One of the budtenders spent like 10min with me on how to use concentrates which I hadn't used before. He mentioned he wants to start teaching classes at the shop once a week and let me tell you, Ima sit in the front row when they start. I appreciate how much everyone there seems to actually care about their work.

Dealing with cancer, I'm 76, been smoking/using cannabis for 58 yrs. Using weed in my treatments, but not sure if my knowledge is correct. Went to NuEra tonight for "my medicine" and advice. Was way lucky to draw Urail, AKA "the professor" as my budtender! I learned more from this truly knowledgeable young man about cannabis and it's components in a half-hour than I did all those years toking! Thank you mecca for steering me in the right direction,and NuEra for having knowledgeable budtenders to help us old stoners out. 🙏
