Edited: After a great conversation with the store owner and his offer to make it right. I was pleased to return to the store and had a wonderful experience with the level of great customer service I was used to. Thank you for taking the time to speak to me both on the phone and in person and for addressing and rectify the situation. First let me say that I shop exclusively with this store for my CBD tinctures needed for chronic pain management. I am usually extremely happy with the service I receive. On most all visits I am welcomed into the store and treated by knowledgeable and courteous staff. Except on my last visit on the afternoon of 07/31/25. The gentleman working the store was very rude, unwelcoming, contrite, and hostile towards me. He refused to show me items in the store and even went as far as refusing to answer simple questions about products state “…why do you need to know that?” I was so upset by this hostility that I will have to switch to an online company because I drive 10 miles out of my way to support local businesses but not anymore for this.

CBD and CBG cream has been really helpful for back pain relief!

Myself and my mom stopped in to look around and discovered cbd dog treats bought them and it worked wonders for our 10 yr old German Shepherd who has severe joint pain we were very happy to see that it livened him up and he’s actually running around playing and happy again

Two Soups! Hello everyone! I Walter Smith was very happy with my visit . Kim was Very friendly educational, clean and variety to choose from. Great job ! I personally has stopped smoking thc flower , visited here for CBD flower for the edge and it really helped. I will never shop anywhere else. Also all products was extremely fresh! Great plus .
