Paradise Plus

I honestly did not think I would be writing a bad review on this place for 2 years shopping here, but last time I went to redeem a weed cart for purchasing so much they where under suspicion. So now I refuse to take the cards. The second problem is the 55$ 1 gram carts keep coming out short or defective. 3 different carts, 2 short one defective, 1 defective. Left in my living room only to come back completely empty on the table. This isn't the first time either, last time I had 50% left. Gone, spill completely out. I unscrew my pen it was like sugar, all the oil at the bottom of battery, where the cart goes in a battery. That was like 2 carts ago. But the point is they are selling short/defective carts. It's not even the 30$ dollar ones it's the expensive 55$ ones. Yes paradise I think I'll be taking my money elsewhere, there's one person that still respects me. I'll probably only go when he's there. Edit: came in to see if I get compensation or some discount for the faulty ones. Nope. Anyways found a dispensary with the same carts for 15$ less. The ride was nice, however time to move to bettter. As of December I no longer shop here. It was extremely expensive. Found out another vape shops was selling the same product for half the price.

Great product…. But they need to update their times and actually be on time to open up. Website says 10:30am. Front door says 10am and it is now 11am and still no one. This is pretty ridiculous esp if you’re running a business. Amounts given based on pricing should be looked at as well. At times you’re given little to nothing for full price. The points are nice but are gained slowly. Overall nice places with great customer service. Definitely stop in they have a lot to offer.

Charles is amazing. Every time I come in, he goes above and beyond. His customer service is honestly some of the best I’ve ever experienced — he’s friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and always makes sure I walk out with exactly what I need. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers. People like Charles make the whole store feel welcoming. He definitely deserves recognition.

Raised prices while the incoming ban is being fought and discontinued their punch card system for the most popular disposable vapes and straight up told me other shops are lowering their prices, predatory shop behavior, and will be taking my business elsewhere while I can.

They have some cool glass, but didn't seem to have a whole lot of variety when it comes to vapes or concentrate. Staff was friendly though!

Best smoke shop in town! Everybody in the shop is knowledgeable and always personable. They actually take good care of their customers and recommend the best options so you’re not wasting money. Only shop I’ve ever been to where they cared that much.

Tanner has always been so helpful, kind, and just good vibes! Has definitely made some bad days better. Knowledgeable and efficient in helping me and also fast. I like the hours this place is open too
