Customer service was horrible by the associate today. He was very impatient and jittery, he did not want to help me out. The associate was acting very unprofessional saying he had chores to do.
Best smoke shop in Cincy by far!!! Kevin was a great dude, he helped me find a new piece when my old one broke. If I could I would have given this place 100 stars!!!!
