W.S. 11-51-103(f)(i) bars producing, processing or selling any hemp product above 0.3% THC measured post-decarboxylation, which counts THCA. Enacted by 2024 Senate Enrolled Act 24 and upheld by the Tenth Circuit.
Separately, the federal hemp definition changes on November 12, 2026, when total THC replaces delta-9 as the test and finished products are capped at 0.4 mg of total THC per container. That applies nationwide regardless of state law.
